RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges and returns within 60 days after your purchase.

Raccoon is committed to selling only new high-quality products. Items must therefore be returned in new condition with the original tags attached to them was originally the case. The final decision to determine if a product is new is left to the discretion of Raccoon. 

Items sold at 20% off and more are considered final sale.

Items must be returned clean, odor-free and with no animal hair. Items that are clearly identified as being "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

We do not issue any refunds between November 27th to December 3rd. We also won't issue any refunds on December 26th and 27th.

If a product does come in a box (i.e.: skis, bindings), it must be in proper shape upon reception at our warehouse. Raccoon encourages its customers to reuse the same boxes used for the initial delivery and the manufacturer’s box. 

The following products do not qualify for refund or exchange:

• Longjohn

• Socks

• Neck gaiters

If you want to make an exchange, we advise you to place a new order for the product that you are looking for. We will be able to ship out your product faster. Afterwards, when we receive your initial purchase, we will issue the refund on the payment method used.


RETURN FEE



Note that if you return your order by mail, Raccoon will deduct $13 from your refund. These fees are not applied if you are returning items with another carrier at your expense, if you are paying directly at the Canada Post counter or if you come into the store to proceed with the return.
